At the end of this activity, students should be able to: understand correlation as a measure of the relationship between two variables - recognise positive, negative and zero correlation - use Pearson's correlation coefficient to measure the strength of linear correlation - use Spearman's rank coefficient to measure correlation between two sets of data.
